Install new Pressure Treated handicap ramp with Trex top railing board, leading to a brand new concrete driveway approximately 40' long. We even created a flower border along the entire ramp and continuing down the driveway.

Install Dutch Lap siding (owners choice of color and style). Install new gutters (owners choice of color) and downspouts.

This home had no existing deck. We installed a new deck with steps off the side. The deck was Trex material. Then we created an enclosure finished with walls, ceiling fan, drywall, painting and flooring.

Remove the existing deck boards. Install Maderia Trex material flooring, Black iron railing where desired by owner (going down two short sets of steps), Trex wrapped planters and bench seats (you can see in our photo gallery of bench seating and planters). 

Obtained permits needed for this new deck installation. We were able to work with the owners in terms of their time necessities. Endurance/ RDI Railing with pressure treated flooring.

All permits included in estimate. Pressure treated deck with sunburst style railing. Lattice underneath deck and completed with a roof. We also came back at a later date when the owners decided to enclose the ceiling and install a ceiling fan for added comfort.

Same location as above. Previous customer who also desired his front doorway be covered with a roof. All vinyl soffit, vinyl posts, & Endurance railing.

Permits obtained for turning this breezeway into added living space of an addition. We matched up the current siding to where it matched as closely as possible and approved by owner. New doors, windows, flooring, walls, drywall, & painting included.

These owners were moved out and needed to get their home ready to sell. We completely removed all carpeting on the first floor as well as linolium in kitchen leading to laundry and 1/2 bathroom. We installed Bruce Hardwood, removed kitchen countertops, replaced with new granite countertops, sink, and new sink fixtures.

As you can see, this deck went from very plain to wonderfully built and designed. The vaulted ceiling was put in afterwards with the addition of a ceiling fan. This owner chose to work with Trex, Endurance white vinyl rails, Rod iron fencing and all posts are wrapped in vinyl as well.

Our first time working with Westech decking. This owner had done his research and he is proud of his investment. We kept his existing footers, yet removed all the flooring and added the Westech deck flooring, white vinyl railings, a pergula and a solid panel on the saide for extra shading.

We went through the Harford County Government to obtain the financial needs for this home. From hardwood flooring on the inside, a new bathroom, exterior siding, new cabinetry, and a deck with porch roof on the side. Don't let money stand in your way. There is help out there if it is really needed.

Our very first Azek deck (formerly known as Procell). We had to follow home owners association policies as well as county rules. Azek has to be our most desired material to work with. The material is light. This is no maintenence (as other composites are "low to no" maintnance). As you can see, it just turns out beautiful!

There was nothing there! We worked on this job for some very long hours making sure that nothing was missed in the process. From paint, drywall, walls, tile floor, siding, bay window, & extra windows were all part of this project.
